YanZi, the owner's nickname raised by her grandmother Grandma Lee in a kitchen filled with love, embarked on a journey to the United States. After years of hard work, she became the owner of Red Ginger Restaurant in Melbourne Florida. In honor of her beloved grandmother, Yanzi launched "YanZi Modern Asian Kitchen," a special culinary venture offering dishes inspired by Grandma Lee's recipes. YanZi pays tribute to her roots with each carefully crafted plate, infusing her creativity and passion. The flavors of "YanZi" tell a story of love, resilience, and the enduring legacy of Grandma Lee, connecting generations through the magic of food.
